Job summary

Schaedler Yesco Distribution Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales professional to promote and sell SYD products across a North Central Pennsylvania territory. The role combines field work with remote work flexibility, supporting accounts in Industrial, Commercial, and OEM sectors.

You will develop sales plans, build relationships with customer stakeholders, and coordinate joint calls with specialists and vendors. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Sales/Marketing or related field.
• 1+ years of outside sales and account management experience in construction/industrial markets.
• Inside sales experience is a plus.
• Electrical distribution knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell SYD products and services to assigned customers within the territory.
• Develop and maintain customer-specific sales plans using SYD BI tools.
• Build strong relationships with owners, purchasing, maintenance, MIS/IT, engineers, and project managers.
• Coordinate joint calls with SYD specialists, vendors, and manufacturers as needed.
• Maintain account profiling and identify opportunities to introduce new technologies.
• Record sales activities, forecasts, and customer data in the CRM system.
