Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years industry-specific sales experience; 4+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution or electrical contractor market.
• Ability to learn business and sell persuasively.
• Strong product knowledge and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual gross margin targets by promoting products to assigned territory.
• Develop new prospects and maintain contact with established customers.
• Visit customers on site or off-site locations.
• Maintain records and assist in past due collection.
• Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings.
• Demonstrate products after sales as needed.
