Job summary

Graybar is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new prospects and maintain relations with existing customers. You will regularly meet clients at their sites and off-site locations to sell Graybar products while adhering to pricing policies.

The role requires extensive travel, a four-year degree preference, and at least five years in sales. Base salary starts at $65,000 with potential bonuses and a FAVR reimbursement program for vehicle costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience; 6+ years preferred.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Knowledge of business administration, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and maintain contacts with existing customers.
• Sell products in the assigned territory and meet revenue targets.
• Interact with customers in person at their site or off-site locations.
• Maintain current customer records and assist in collections.
• Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings.
• Demonstrate products after sale when necessary.
