Jobot is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with an electrical background to grow our presence in the New Orleans/Gulf South territory. This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earnings, and you will build relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, engineers, utilities, and end users.

You will own your territory, manage a pipeline from lead to close, and work with manufacturers on quotes and technical support.

Qualifications

• Electrical background required.
• Outside sales or territory sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable with a 100% commission compensation structure.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own territory.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Based in or near the New Orleans / Gulf South area; valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, engineers, utilities, and end users in your territory.
• Promote and sell represented electrical product lines for power reliability and power generation applications.
• Prospect for new business, identify opportunities, and manage a pipeline from lead to close.
• Work with manufacturers on quotes, pricing, and technical support for customer applications.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits, trade events, and lunch-and-learns.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts and opportunities.
