Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical/Operations SME to provide technical knowledge and leadership for new campus design, capital projects, and site operations across our data centers. You will drive reliability, efficiency, training, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet performance and safety goals.

The role requires deep expertise in electrical systems, incident analysis, and operator training, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 8+ years electrical industry experience or electrical trade level experience
• Advanced experience with interpreting construction drawings and equipment specifications
• Experience across life cycle of data center operations from design to event management
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Engineering and Design: Drives operational standards and functional requirements in capital projects.
• Review drawings, contract documents, and customer requirements for electrical standards in capital projects.
• Provide input to ensure reliable, efficient capital projects and compliance with sustainability goals.
• Drives operational standards and functional requirements in capital projects.
• Training and Development: Create Operations training content and sponsor training of operations personnel.
• Conduct training, drills, and exercises to demonstrate high technical competence across sites.
• Mentor and support development of high-potential personnel cross-functionally.
• Reliability and Efficiency: Provide analytical framework for site performance, failure analysis, and issue resolution.
