We seek an Electrical SME to lead electrical infrastructure design across our HPC data centers, coordinating with design managers and external consultants to ensure reliable, code-compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred but not required.
• 5 years of experience designing electrical systems for data centers.
• Proficiency with CAD software and simulation tools.
• Strong knowledge of UPS systems, emergency generators, and medium‑voltage distribution.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• System design for data center electrical systems including MV distribution, generators, UPS, and automation.
• Create technical specifications and drawings for contractors and construction teams.
• Ensure designs comply with local codes and standards.
• Incorporate reliable technologies to minimize downtime.
• Participate in vendor evaluation and selection.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers for integration.
• Maintain records of design changes and documents.
• Provide QA support during construction and installation.
