Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking an Electrical Operations SME to lead capital project standards and ensure reliable, efficient data center infrastructure across campuses in Minnesota. You will review drawings, define operating requirements, and drive strategic improvements in equipment reliability, water and electrical usage.

This role partners with site operations, engineering, training, and vendor teams to develop runbooks, perform root cause analyses, and mentor staff while advancing industry

Qualifications

8+ years in electrical industry or equivalent experience.
SME designation in electrical equipment and systems desired.
Experience interpreting construction drawings and equipment specs.
Ability to analyze infrastructure operations and trends.

Responsibilities

Drive operational standards in capital projects and update electrical guidelines.
Provide input to ensure reliable, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure.
Develop training content and mentor site personnel across campuses.
Lead incident analyses, root cause investigations, and runbooks.
