Job summary

Apex Solutions is seeking an Electrical Operations Manager to lead the Electrical Department in delivering high-quality electrical services across residential, commercial, and light industrial settings.

Lead technicians, coordinate with dispatch, review blueprints and project drawings, and ensure adherence to safety and company standards while driving customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical service, repair, installation, and management.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Solid understanding of residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and hold electricians and apprentices accountable for performance, safety, workmanship, and customer service.
• Review schedules and work with Dispatch to ensure electrical calls are assigned to the appropriate technician.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and light industrial applications.
• Ensure all electrical work is completed in accordance with the NEC, applicable Kentucky requirements, local codes, permits, and Apex Solutions standards.
• Review and approve major electrical estimates, projects, service upgrades, panel replacements, generators, EV chargers, lighting projects, and other large jobs.
