Job summary

McAfee Heating and Air Conditioning seeks an experienced Master Electrician/Electrical Manager to lead electrical operations across service, install, and project execution. You will oversee a team of electricians, ensure code compliance, and drive safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of electrical experience with a strong management background, and holds a valid Master Electrician license. A company truck and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 10+ years electrical experience with 2+ years in a management role, residential service preferred.
• Master Electrician License required by state/local regulations.
• Experience with field service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• A current and valid driver’s license in the work state.
• Willingness to undergo background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• A current and validdriver'slicense in the state in which you will work.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (must be able tofrequentlylift, push, and pull up to 50lbs).

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
