Job summary

MVP Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager/Master Electrician to lead our residential electrical operations. You will supervise electricians and apprentices, ensure safety and NEC compliance, and deliver high-quality service to our customers.

This role requires a Master Electrician license, 7–10 years of experience, strong leadership, budgeting, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects from estimate to completion.

Qualifications

• Must have Master Electrician license and extensive NEC knowledge.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong communication, budgeting, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential electrical operations, ensuring safe, efficient completion.
• Provide technical leadership to electricians and apprentices.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and safety policies.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule electrical service, repair, and installation projects.
• Review estimates and project scopes for repairs, upgrades, and new installations.
