Job summary

Service Champions in Southern California seeks an experienced Electrical Manager to lead electrical operations across service, installation, and project planning. You will supervise electricians, ensure code compliance, and drive safety and efficiency on every job.

This role requires 7+ years in electrical work, a valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and the ability to read blueprints. You will collaborate with sales and estimating teams and support staff development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years electrical experience, with leadership experience
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (as required)
• Experience with field service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan)
• Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics/technical drawings
• Current driver’s license in the work state
• Eligible to obtain HIS license via CSLB after hired

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support electricians and apprentices.
• Oversee daily electrical operations for service calls and installations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Perform job site inspections and quality control checks.
• Train and develop team members to improve skills.
• Assist with troubleshooting complex issues and escalations.
• Collaborate with sales and estimating on scope, bids, and planning.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
• Monitor job costs, labor productivity, and department performance.
• Enforce safety standards and procedures.
• Support hiring and performance management of electrical staff.
