Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential electrical leadership roles.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and residential systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of electricians and apprentices.
• Ensure safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day residential electrical operations and projects.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and departmental profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and service teams for seamless operations.
