Job summary

Ball Corporation seeks a supervisory Electrical/Electrical Technicians leader to ensure continuous operation of plant equipment and provide technical training to staff. You will schedule and supervise technicians, manage electrical projects, forecast materials and labor, and ensure safety and compliance in daily operations.

The role requires extensive supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing setting, strong knowledge of electrical codes, and the ability to collaborate across teams

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in high-speed manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with electrical/electronic maintenance and safety standards.
• Ability to manage projects and plan resources.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical/electronic technicians.
• Manage plant electrical projects and budgets.
• Develop electrical material and labor forecasts.
• Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedules.
• Provide information on modifications to work policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Administer and supervise the plant maintenance function.
