Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college level education or work-related experience.
• 2+ years of job-related experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to apply intensive and diversified evaluation and modification of standard shop techniques.
• Must be able to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical/electronic technicians.
• Develop electrical material and labor forecasts.
• Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedules.
• Provide information on modification of work policies, safety regulations, electrical codes and specifications.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Administer and supervise the plant maintenance function as directed.
• Arrange for electrical support, materials and parts to avoid operational interruptions.
• Resolve technical problems related to area of responsibility.
• Provide and plan technical training.
• Maintain daily logs and PM schedules.
• Ensure current drawings exist to support repair and inventory.
