Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in industrial maintenance.
• 2+ years of experience with industrial electrical maintenance.
• 2+ years of experience with PLCs, preferably with Rockwell.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electricians and manage maintenance lifecycle.
• Oversee safety programs, safety meetings, and hazardous materials compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance and PMs; coordinate with outside services.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain equipment records and daily logs.
