Job summary

Ball Corporation in Millersburg, OR, is seeking an Electrical & Auxiliary Supervisor to lead a team of electricians and maintenance specialists, manage the life cycle of support equipment, and drive reliability and safety.

You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and coordinate with external contractors while maintaining high uptime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years in industrial electrical, mechanical or maintenance roles.
• Experience with automation equipment and PLC controls; Rockwell preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Oregon Supervising Electrician, Journeyman Electrician or Plant Journeyman license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electricians and maintenance specialists to maximize uptime.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure safety, compliance and high equipment availability.
• Coordinate with production, management and external contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
