Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking an Electrical & Auxiliary Supervisor to lead a team of electricians and maintenance specialists in Oregon, managing the lifecycle of plant support equipment and electrical resources to maximize production uptime.

You will drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive improvements while maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource use.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years in industrial electrical, mechanical or maintenance roles.
• Experience with automation equipment focusing on PLC/controls automation; Rockwell preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical systems and auxiliary equipment to maximize uptime.
• Lead, coach, and develop electricians and maintenance specialists.
• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Drive operational excellence and optimize resources.
