Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college level education or work-related experience.
• Job related experience for 2 year(s) minimum.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of product specifications and equipment and supervisory practices.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical/electronic technicians.
• Manage plant electrical projects and forecasts.
• Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedules.
• Provide information on modification of work policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Provide daily logs and PMs; ensure current drawings for repair and inventory.
