Job summary

Ball Corporation seek a maintenance leader to uphold safety, reliability, and efficiency across a critical process area. You will oversee safety programs, supervise maintenance teams, and drive cost-effective asset management to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include budgeting, SOP adherence, data reporting, and continuous improvement projects that enhance plant performance while protecting people and the environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment, address unsafe acts/conditions.
• Facilitate monthly safety meetings and conduct monthly safety inspections.
• Support development, implementation, and improvement of the food safety system.
• Ensure round-the-clock efficient operations for assigned process area.
• Manage resources and activities for the assigned process area.
• Supervise process team members and coordinate maintenance staff.
• Plan, budget, execute, and review maintenance procedures on equipment.
• Administer budget for the assigned process area and monitor costs.
• Apply knowledge of the process to conduct system and process analysis and identify improvements.
• Collect data to generate reports and schedules related to the area.
• Coordinate maintenance to reduce costs and interruptions.
• Arrange for maintenance of supplies, materials, and parts to prevent downtime.
• Organize training of employees in proper maintenance programs and procedures.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and upgraded as needed.
