Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking an Electrical & Auxiliary Supervisor in Millersburg, OR to lead a team of electricians and maintenance specialists, ensuring reliable electrical systems, high uptime, and optimized maintenance programs. You will drive safety, process improvements, and collaboration with contractors across the plant.

The role emphasizes preventive/predictive maintenance, problem solving, and strong leadership to maximize throughput and minimize downtime, while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree in preferred.
• Job related experience for 4 year(s) minimum in an industrial environment with a focus on electrical, mechanical or maintenance role
• Experience working with automation equipment with a focus on PLC/controls automation. Rockwell experience strongly preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Oregon Supervising Electrician, Journeyman Electrician or Plant Journeyman license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all electrical systems and auxiliary equipment to ensure high uptime, production throughput, and minimal downtime.
• Lead, coach, and develop electricians and maintenance specialists, ensuring a skilled, high-performing team.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and food safety standards.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team to drive operational excellence.
• Apply safety, environmental, and quality standards in all activities.
• Analyze performance metrics, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and drive value creation.
• Manage maintenance costs effectively while optimizing resources and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with production teams, management, and contractors.
