Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Coordinator in heavy industry, mining, or cement operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical maintenance program to ensure reliability and safety across plant operations.
• Coordinate with operations, planning, safety, and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• Plan and oversee electrical shutdowns and contractor activities; manage parts procurement and SAP work orders.
• Mentor and supervise electricians and contractors; drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
