Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a Senior Electrical Reliability Leader to oversee the Corporate Electrical Reliability Program across cement operations. You will provide electrical maintenance expertise to plant leadership, engineering teams, and operations, and lead standardization of asset management, reliability practices, and spare parts strategies.

Travel throughout North America is required as you develop training, manage major electrical projects, and implement advanced

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Electrical preferred.
10+ years of industrial electrical maintenance leadership.
Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, ISA codes and standards.
Experience with substations, HV equipment, motors, drives, switchesgear.
Ability to travel across North America.

Responsibilities

Lead the Corporate Electrical Reliability Program to improve asset availability and lifecycle costs.
Provide electrical maintenance expertise to plant leadership and operations.
Support facilities in implementing maintenance programs and best practices.
Develop and maintain standards for electrical asset management and spare parts.
Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective actions.
Provide troubleshooting for complex electrical system issues.
Assist with spare parts strategy, inventory, and major replacements.
Develop and deliver technical and maintenance training programs.
Manage major electrical projects and adopt new technologies.
