Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Electrician with Journeyman or Master status.
• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong hands-on with 3-phase power, motor controls, and PLC basics.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documents.
• Proven leadership or mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians and electricians.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 3-phase power, motors, VFDs, PLCs and controls.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance and drive reliability improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve system performance.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO, OSHA, and NFPA 70E safety standards.
• Support equipment installation, upgrades, and commissioning projects.
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to prioritize and execute work.
• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance tracking.
