Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects in Kalispell, MT. You will lead, train, and evaluate the crew while ensuring work meets the highest quality standards and complies with NEC and local guidelines.

The role requires coordinating schedules, reading blueprints, estimating material needs, and performing electrical installations and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with the capability and desire to grow this skill set.
• Ability to read and understand project specs, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic understanding of customer relationships and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality and adherence to NEC/local codes.
• Develop manpower schedules and communicate needs to supervision.
• Read layouts and develop material lists for procurement.
• Troubleshoot lighting and power circuits and coordinate with other trades.
