Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair power plant equipment, including boilers and associated control systems, field controllers, instruments, and switchgear. You will work on 120V to 13.8kV equipment and participate in plant safety practices.

The role covers preventative maintenance, calibration, thermography, and data logging for instrumentation and control systems within a carbon-negative waste facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal technical or apprentice training preferred.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and testing of low/medium voltage switchgear, breakers, motor starters, and transformers.
• Maintain higher voltage switchyard equipment and turbine-driven generators.
• Troubleshoot and repair CEMS, process instrumentation, and DCS systems.
