Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician in the United States remote-operating environment to maintain, diagnose, and repair power plant equipment. Responsibilities include testing switchgear, transformers, DCS, CEMS, and instrumentation, with on-site safety adherence and participation in plant shut-downs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with motor starters, PLCs and high power.
• Ability to support Reworld values and safe, inclusive workplace behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and testing of low, medium and high voltage switchgear, circuit breakers, motor starters, and power transformers.
• Maintain electrical equipment related to energy from waste boilers and associated devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair CEMS, DCS, historian devices, and instrumentation.
• Complete maintenance records and participate in plant shutdown activities.
