Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Texas is seeking an Electrical Engineer to perform complete designs for electrical and instrumentation projects under supervision. You will develop design calculations, prepare drawings, and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure on-time delivery.

Applicants should have NEC knowledge, 3+ years of experience, and a degree in Electrical Engineering; PE registration is preferred. Some travel and fieldwork may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university is required.
• Professional Engineering registration is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete electrical/instrumentation designs under general supervision.
• Produce design calculations, sketches, and installation details for construction.
• Review vendor drawings and ensure conformance to electrical drawings and specs.
• Provide field support and assist drafting with layout and detailing problems.
