Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our team on diverse customer projects across locations in the continental USA. The role requires travel up to 100% and overseeing installation quality for electromechanical systems including AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors.

Qualifications

• Ten years (minimum) experience in troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Service experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on the project site, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality.
• Complete quality checklists and submit Corrective Actions when discrepancies are identified.
• Maintain on-site safety including safety audits.
• Assist with routine equipment trial runs to ensure equipment meets specifications and Dematic standards.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule and resources to project manager and customer.
• Assist training of contract labor and subcontractors in installation of Dematic equipment.
• Write concise trip reports promptly per Dematic procedures.
• Identify problems and suggest practical solutions on non-complex issues.
• Travel up to 100% and be on-call for travel as required.
• Move, lift and maneuver around large construction sites and lift at least 50 lbs.
