Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join a growing team and travel 100% to customer locations across the continental USA. The role involves ensuring installation quality, safety, and on-site coordination with project managers and customers.

Applicants should have ten years of electromechanical troubleshooting experience, exposure to AGVS/AS/RS or conveyors, and OSHA-10 certification; a high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Service experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install quality on project sites, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality.
• Complete quality checklists and submit corrective actions for discrepancies.
• Maintain on-site safety including safety audits.
• Assist with routine equipment trial runs to meet specifications and Dematic standards.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule and resources to project manager and/or customer.
• Assist with training of contract labor and subcontractors in installation of Dematic equipment.
• Write trip reports in the required Dematic timeframe.
• Identify problems and propose practical solutions when issues are not complex.
• Travel on short notice and spend up to 100% traveling; on-call as needed.
• Push, pull, crawl, squat and walk on large construction sites; lift at least 50 lbs.
