Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Supervisor who can be based anywhere in the continental USA and travel 100% to customer locations. You will oversee installation quality, safety, and coordination with subcontractors across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to Dematic standards.

The role requires a minimum of ten years in electromechanical troubleshooting, OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred), and a valid driver's license. The position offers strong compensation, benefits, and opportunities globally.

Qualifications

• Ten years minimum experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Service experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel 100% to customer locations.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on project sites, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality.
• Maintain quality checklists and submit corrective actions when discrepancies are identified.
• Oversee on-site safety including regular safety audits.
• Support routine equipment trial runs to meet specifications and Dematic standards.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule and resources to project manager or customer.
• Assist training of contract labor and subcontractors in installation of Dematic equipment.
• Write concise trip reports within required Dematic timelines.
• Identify problems early and propose practical solutions.
• Travel on short notice up to 100%; be on-call as required.
• Work around large construction sites; lift up to 50 lbs.
