Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead installation quality on customer projects across locations. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, performing safety audits, and ensuring equipment meets Dematic standards. Willingness to travel 100% and lift heavy loads is required.

Ideal candidates have extensive electromechanical troubleshooting experience, and knowledge of AGVS/AS/RS or conveyors. A High School Diploma is required, with an Associate's Degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Service experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on the project site, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality.
• Maintain quality checklists and submit Corrective Actions when discrepancies are found.
• Oversee on-site safety including safety audits.
• Assist with routine equipment trials to meet specifications and Dematic standards.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule and resources to the project manager or customer.
• Train contract labor and subcontractors in installation of Dematic equipment.
• Write clear trip reports per Dematic procedures.
