Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead installation quality on customer sites across the continental USA. This role requires frequent travel (up to 100%) to customer locations and close collaboration with project teams to ensure Dematic standards.

The ideal candidate has ten years of troubleshooting electromechanical equipment, experience with AGVS/AS/RS or conveyors, and a strong background in safety, quality assurance, and on-site reporting.

Qualifications

• Ten years minimum experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with quality assurance.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and travel 100% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on project sites including manufacturing and subcontractor quality.
• Maintain quality checklists and submit Corrective Actions when issues arise.
• Oversee on-site safety, including safety audits.
• Support routine equipment trials to meet specifications and Dematic standards.
• Provide on-site scheduling and resources reporting to project manager or customer.
• Assist training of contract labor and subcontractors in installation of equipment.
• Prepare concise trip reports per Dematic procedures.
• Identify problems and propose practical solutions in straightforward scenarios.
• Travel on short notice up to 100% and be on-call as needed.
• Operate in large construction environments; lift at least 50 lbs.
