Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead installation quality on customer project sites across the continental United States. The role requires up to 100% travel and on-site presence to assure workmanship meets Dematic standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of troubleshooting electromechanical equipment, OSHA 10 certification, and experience with AGVS/AS/RS or conveyors. A HS diploma is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten years (minimum) experience in troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on project sites including manufacturing and subcontractor work.
• Maintain quality checklists and submit Corrective Actions when discrepancies are identified.
• Manage on-site safety including safety audits and compliance.
• Assist with routine equipment trials to verify specifications and Dematic standards.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule and resources to project manager or customer.
• Assist in training contract labor and subcontractors in installation of Dematic equipment.
• Write clear trip reports per Dematic procedures.
• Travel on short notice up to 100% and be on call as needed.
