Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead installation quality on varied customer projects across the U.S. You will ensure conformance to Dematic standards and coordinate with manufacturers and subcontractors.

The role requires strong electromechanical troubleshooting, safety stewardship, and the ability to travel extensively to customer sites. A high school diploma is required and overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Ten years' experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Service experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and willing to travel 100%.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on the project site, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality.
• Maintain quality checklists and submit Corrective Actions for discrepancies.
• Oversee on-site safety, including safety audits.
• Assist with routine equipment trials to meet specifications and Dematic standards.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule and resources to PM or customer.
• Assist training of contract labor and subcontractors in installation.
• Write concise trip reports within required Dematic timelines.
• Identify problems and suggest practical solutions when not complex.
• Travel on short notice up to 100% and be on-call for travel.
• Work on large construction sites; lift at least 50 lbs.
