Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
• Use digital tools to sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products to customers.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined geographical territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships.
• Close orders and resolve customer issues with root-cause analysis.
• Provide product quotations/proposals and follow up through purchasing cycle.
