Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and ability to support order flow and quotes.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels with professional product recommendations.
• Prepare accurate price quotes and negotiate using manufacturer pricing and internal guidelines.
• Process sales orders, changes, returns and warranty requests with attention to accuracy and documentation.
• Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with outside sales to close business.
• Provide product and technical knowledge, help with drawings, certifications, and availability.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution and on-time deliveries.
