Job summary

PEG Staffing & Recruiting is seeking an Electrical Inside Sales Representative to join our inside sales team and support outside sales with complex electrical distribution projects. This role involves preparing quotations, reviewing specifications, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring projects move smoothly from estimate to execution in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in electrical distribution, manufacturing, engineering support, project coordination, or a related industry is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support outside sales representatives by preparing quotations for electrical gear and project opportunities.
• Review blueprints, electrical plans, and project specifications.
• Develop accurate pricing and project proposals.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to obtain pricing and product information.
• Recommend alternative solutions that best meet customer needs and project requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for customers and the sales team throughout the quoting process.
• Assist in resolving project questions, order issues, and customer requests.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Help coordinate multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
