Job summary

Exelon is seeking a skilled engineer to develop designs, layouts, construction drawings, and BOMs for complex utility projects across generation, transmission, and distribution. You will interpret standards, provide engineering recommendations, and support internal and external customers with field engineering for New Business installations and changes.

Qualifications include a technical degree or equivalent, strong analysis skills, CAD proficiency, and a valid driver's license.

• Ability to analyze and interpret electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficient with regulations, guides, codes and practices.
• Proficient CAD skills and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develops designs, layouts, drawings, and BOM for complex utility projects.
• Interprets and applies engineering standards and memos.
• Supports customer and company systems with engineering recommendations.
• Coordinates field engineering on New Business installations and modifications.
