Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer with a strong electrical focus to join the Maneuver Dominance team at the Costa Mesa HQ. You will help develop and scale HITL capabilities, focusing on architecture, harnesses, PCB designs, and test troubleshooting to ensure reliable hardware-in-the-loop testing across software, simulation, and hardware domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer/aerospace or related field.
• Experience architecting HITL labs for UAS or defense platforms.
• Hands-on debugging with lab equipment and test tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HITL/Ironbird electrical infrastructure linking simulation to hardware tests.
• Design harnesses, breakout boxes, PCBs, and switching mechanisms.
• Procure, assemble, and maintain HITL hardware and network components.
• Troubleshoot real-time simulation issues and hardware interfaces.
• Develop diagnostics, telemetry, and debug tools for HITL environments.
• Coordinate electrical tasks with technicians and engineers.
• Automate HITL health checks and test executions to improve repeatability.
• Contribute to HITL software architecture and test framework.
