Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an Integration and Test Engineer (Electrical) for the Maneuver Dominance team at our Costa Mesa HQ. You will help develop and scale HITL capabilities, bridging simulation and physical testing across electrical, software, and hardware domains.

You will design harnesses, PCB layouts, and diagnostic tools, while collaborating with firmware, software, and hardware engineers to enable reliable, repeatable tests on live systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or similar field.
• Experience architecting HITL labs for UAS/defense or similar.
• Hands-on debugging with lab equipment and test benches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HITL electrical infrastructure linking simulation to hardware-in-the-loop testing.
• Design harness diagrams, breakout boxes, PCB layouts, and switching mechanisms.
• Coordinate part procurement, assembly, and maintenance of HITLs and related systems.
• Troubleshoot real-time simulation issues in HITL operations and ensure model fidelity.
• Develop diagnostics, telemetry, and debug utilities for system visibility and rapid troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with software, systems, simulation, and hardware engineers to resolve integration issues.
