Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an Integration and Test Technician for the Maneuver Dominance team at the Costa Mesa HQ to advance an advanced airborne platform. You’ll build HITL environments, integrate flight hardware, and ensure safe-to-mate/power procedures in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll work on lab sustainment, troubleshooting, and documentation to keep systems flight-ready. Qualifications include an associate degree in a relevant field and hands-on experience with HITL/HIL, wiring, and test

Qualifications

• Associate Degree (or similar) in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Technologies, or related fields.
• Experience building, integrating, operating or maintaining HIL/HITL/Iron Bird environments for flight vehicles.
• Experience developing and executing Safe-to-Mate (STM), Safe-to-Power (STP), and integration procedures.
• Experience performing LRU-, subsystem-, and system-level hardware integration and bring-up.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems, harnesses, LRUs, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Familiarity with electrical bus interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, RS-232/422/485, MIL-STD-1553).
• Experience with oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, programmable power supplies, electronic loads, and other electrical test equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Experience with soldering, crimping, connector assembly, and wire harness fabrication to aerospace/miltary standards.
• Experience supporting Group 4 or Group 5 UAS, aerospace, or defense vehicle integration and test environments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced development environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
• A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance in United States, United Kingdom, or Australia desirable.

Responsibilities

• HITL/Ironbird Design, Build, and Integration: Assemble complex electromechanical subsystems and test racks; fabricate harness assemblies; integrate hardware.
• HITL Lab Sustainment: Maintain health and readiness of HITL environments; troubleshoot and repair components; manage lab inventory; document configurations.
• HITL Safety: Maintain a safe lab; follow procedures; identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
