Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa seeks an Integration and Test Technician to join the Maneuver Dominance team, leading development of an advanced airborne platform. You will build HITL hardware and test rigs for new UAS technology, shaping the product with high ownership and rapid iteration.

You will assemble subsystems, harnesses, and test interfaces, perform STM/STP procedures, and support lab sustainment and safety in a fast-paced environment that delivers flight hardware within months.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or similar in electrical/electronics, computer, mechanical techs.
• Experience building/operating HITL/Iron Bird environments for flight vehicles.
• Experience developing Safe-to-Mate and Safe-to-Power procedures.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• HITL/Ironbird design, build, and integration of flight hardware.
• Assemble complex subsystems, test racks, harnesses, and hardware.
• Design/modify cable/wire harness assemblies for prototypes.
• Execute STM/STP procedures to energize flight hardware safely.
• Support electrical checkout, functional verification, and root-cause investigation.
• HITL lab sustainment, troubleshooting, repairs, and inventory management.
• Maintain safe lab environment and follow safety procedures.
