Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an Integration and Test Engineer with electrical expertise to design, build, and sustain HITL capabilities for autonomous vehicle development. You’ll bridge simulation software with physical hardware testing on the Maneuver Dominance team.

You will develop HITL electrical infrastructure, support setups, diagnose real-time issues, and collaborate across software, systems, and hardware teams. A strong background in lab hardware and software integration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CE/Aerospace or CS.
• Experience building HITL/Ironbird labs for high-end defense vehicles.
• Proficient with lab equipment and test instrumentation.
• Strong grasp of software/hardware interfaces, networking, and bus protocols.
• Led integration of electrical systems and assemblies.
• Able to design harnesses, PCBs, and switching mechanisms.
• Strong debugging across software and hardware; Python, C++, Linux, GitHub, Jira.
• Eligible to obtain security clearance in US/UK/Australia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HITL electrical infrastructure and PCB designs.
• Support procurement, setup, configuration, and maintenance of HITLs.
• Troubleshoot real-time simulation issues across hardware interfaces.
• Develop diagnostics, telemetry, and fault-injection capabilities.
• Automate HITL health checks and testing workflows.
• Collaborate with software, systems, simulation, and hardware engineers.
