Johnson Matthey Plc is launching a Graduate Engineering Program (GEP) in the Group Engineering function. As an Electrical Graduate Engineer, you will help drive the company's goals by developing engineered solutions for production, commissioning new equipment, and driving improvements in reliability and sustainability.

Program participants will undergo technical and leadership development, with mentorship toward Chartered Engineer status and potential relocation across JM sites during the three

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate to any JM site for three placements.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to lead others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement engineered solutions for production improving safety, sustainability performance, and reliability.
• Commission new plant equipment and develop/deliver training for operators.
• Mechanical and maintenance optimization.
• Electrical AC Power Systems, Motors and Drives, Control Instrumentation and Grounding systems.
• Implement standardized JM processes to drive continuous improvement toward goals.
• Energy, water, waste and emission monitoring to drive sustainability opportunities.
