Job summary

Johnson Matthey Plc is seeking an Electrical Controls Graduate Engineer for its Graduate Engineering Program. You will develop engineered solutions for production improvements, commission new equipment, and optimize maintenance while learning in a mentored, chartered-engineer path.

The role emphasizes leadership development, collaboration across teams, and adherence to JM processes to drive continuous improvement in energy, water, waste and emissions metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Process Controls Engineering or similar field (minimum 3.2 GPA).
Demonstrated leadership potential and a drive to lead others.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engineered solutions for production improvements in safety and sustainability.
Commission new plant equipment and develop training for operators.
Mechanical and maintenance optimization; focus on Electrical AC Power Systems, Motors and Drives, Control Instrumentation and Grounding.
