Johnson Matthey Plc in the United States is seeking an Electrical Engineer as part of our Graduate Engineering Program (GEP). This program develops technical and leadership capabilities, assigns mentors, and aims for Chartered Engineer status, with a global legacy in platinum group metals.

As an Electrical Graduate Engineer you will tackle emissions, power modern society, and support healthy lives by applying, refining and recycling metals, while rotating through placements across JM sites and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (minimum 3.2 GPA).
Willing to relocate for three placements across JM sites; relocation assistance provided to qualified candidates.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to build collaborative relationships to achieve results.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engineered solutions for production, improving safety, sustainability and reliability.
Commission new plant equipment and develop/deliver training for operators.
Mechanical and maintenance optimization.
Electrical AC Power Systems, Motors and Drives, Control Instrumentation and Grounding systems.
Implement standardized JM processes to drive continuous improvement toward goals.
Energy, water, waste and emission monitoring to drive sustainability opportunities.
