Johnson Matthey is seeking an Electrical Controls Graduate Engineer for our Graduate Engineering Program. You will deliver engineered solutions for production, commission new equipment and train operators, while driving safety, sustainability and reliability improvements across sites.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-site collaboration, and the relocation-backed development plan to achieve Chartered Engineer status within JM’s global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Controls Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to multiple JM sites for placements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineered solutions for production to improve safety, sustainability, performance and reliability.
• Commission new plant equipment and deliver operator training.
• Perform mechanical and maintenance optimization to enhance uptime.
