Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial/industrial electrical projects. You will oversee Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensuring high-quality work and on-spec performance.

You will read blueprints and project docs, develop material lists, perform field layouts with Trimble tools, and coordinate with supervision to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to mentor and coach a team of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop material lists and communicate with supervision.
• Read and interpret project specs, blueprints, and schematics.
• Perform field layout and know how to size wire, conduit, and junction boxes.
• Troubleshoot basic lighting and general power circuits.
