Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Journeyman, Apprentices, and Helpers on commercial/industrial electrical installations, alterations, and repairs. You will mentor the team, ensure quality, and coordinate with supervision to meet schedules and budgets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong blueprint comprehension, and the ability to manage field work in accordance with NEC and local guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrates leadership and the ability to grow into a supervisory role.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a crew of roughly five electricians.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers, and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards and project specs.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team and communicate Needs to supervision.
• Read blueprints, project specs, and schematics to plan work.
