Job summary

DP Electric is seeking a General Foreman to lead foremen, journeymen, and apprentices on field projects across the Southwest. You will establish safety and quality standards, make daily manpower and materials decisions, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

On large mission-critical builds like data centers and healthcare facilities, you may lead multiple crews and scopes, or run entire jobs from start to finish, coordinating with clients and general contractors to ensure seamless

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Ten (10) years of experience in the electrical construction industry, including at least three (3) years as a foreman or crew lead.
Journeyman-level electrical knowledge and field experience.
OSHA 30 certification.
Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

Lead the Field Team: manage field crews to meet safety and quality standards; mentor and train field employees; resolve conflicts to keep crews productive.
Run the Work: oversee daily operations, keep work on schedule and budget; plan installations from layout to final inspection; allocate manpower and equipment.
Coordinate and Communicate: report progress to project managers and leadership; coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients; participate in planning meetings and maintain client relationships.
